Lebogang Mashabane is the Principal and founder of Beaulah Properties. She is a University of Pretoria alumni where she obtained her B Com degree specializing in Financial Accounting, Internal Auditing and Business Management. She also holds a B Com (Hons) degree specializing in Business Management from the University of South Africa. She obtained the Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst certification from the Corporate Finance Institute. She further has the Certificate in Commercial Credit with Moody's Analytics, a certificate in Managers Self Technical Leadership Programme with Deloittes Consulting.

She went through the Nedbank Graduate Development Programme: Business Competence where she became the first graduate to be offered a permanent position in Coverage Banking. She also completed other short courses from Price Waterhouse Coopers and CIDA City Campus.

Lebogang's career experience stems from Corporate and Investment Banking, where she has key experiences in originating and executing sizeable transactions as a Corporate Banker. Having worked in the banking industry for over nine years, her expertise spreads across business relationship management, investment banking, working capital & trade finance and executing transactions within a diversified portfolio including B-BBEE and NGOs. She has been doing sales from when she was at university, starting at The Creative Counsel.

Her passion for property made her change careers to join the real estate sector. She has executed more than 15 transactions within six months of joining the real estate sector. She services Gauteng and surrounding areas, looking after the interests of both the buyer and seller. She is devoted to her clients and her passion of working with people stands out in all her transactions.
